立法院長蘇嘉全日前與不動產業意見領袖座談時，說明政府不會打房，而是「救房」。行政院長林全昨視察興隆公宅受訪表示，如房屋市場健全發展，就不會有這些問題，政府責任是避免房市不健全發展或不正常發展。

林全昨上午在內政部長葉俊榮、次長花敬群、台北市長柯文哲、副市長林欽榮陪同下，參訪木柵興隆公宅。針對蘇嘉全說法，林全的概念是不動產不能「啪一下就成長」，要慢慢成長，漲上來後不能打下來，否則要花1到3倍時間救。

林全澄清，他並沒跟蘇嘉全在520後會面討論房價，房價最好不要漲太凶，太凶才會有打房，交易量也不要萎縮太厲害，如此就會有救市問題。
